A7 Office Center offers four individual objects with modern, flexible spaces partly in the reconstructed objects A and B, which are listed as protected monuments, and partly in the newly built objects D and E. All spaces can satisfy the most demanding tenants, and the standard for the office spaces is:

Building A
Building A is the listed administrative building of the former brewery building and provides comfortable office space (825 m²), supplemented by the stock premises, all of which underwent extensive renovations in 2008. You are given the option of placing your office in a unique historic building that meets modern standards by offering you the following features:
- double floors for the option of eventual electrical and IT installations as required by the tenants
- reconstructed pavement in the corridors, PVC in kitchens, carpets in the office premises
- original arched ceilings
- an attic with ceiling splits, units and lighting
- fully functioning wooden windows with insulation and double glass

Building B
The dominating feature of the entire complex is the building of the former Burges brewery, which underwent extensive reconstruction and currently offers high-quality administrative and business premises. Over 10.200 square meters of office and commercial space are located within 3 floorsThe features of this building include the following:

- reconstructed pavement in the corridors, PVC in kitchens, carpets in the office premises

Building D
Both of the architecturally unique, newly-constructed buildings offer three floors of more than 1.500 square meters of first-class, type A office space. On the ground floors, there are 450 square meters of commercial space suitable for the location of retail units or for construction of a show-room, as well as underground storage facilities. Technical specifications of the buildings include the following:
- a central reception with 24-hour security on the ground floor
- flexible space - arrangement of open space or possibility of division into individual offices
- separate kitchen and toilet facilities on each floor
- double floors prepared for electrical and IT installation according to desires of tenants
- carpets in the office areas
- windows with interior blinds fixed to glazing (able to be partly opened)
- ceilings with integral lighting
- lighting of office space 500 lx
- 3 m of headroom
- heating / cooling system (four tubular fan coils) – with the possibility of regulation
